Sitting here
Blood a'spill from thy vein
Fading into my soul
My own heart have I slain

My own murder
Played before my own eyes
I never saw it before
Clouded by all your lies

Your manipulation
Controlling me on thin strings
A puppet in the play of life
A jester in the court of kings

To dance and sing
Wearing this fake smile
My pretty little emotions
Pretending all the while

But behind the scenes
Is where the blooding takes place
The hatred for the world
And descrimination for every race

Cutting myself to bleed
Unhappy with all the shame
Binds attached at my wrists
With only myself to blame

A blade obscured by blood
Pressed slightly to the rope
Breaking me free of your hold
Tearing me free of my hope

But when I fall to pieces
And lay amongst the shards of myself
Ty and Kori will glue me back together
A pretty puppet again, to place me on the top shelf

Here you can't reach me
You can only look up and smile
Despite my disgust for you, I'll pretend again
Waving as I choke down bile
...

Your poems are touching. I like the way it all flows.
